Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Zero 1 in Montreal. The location is its strongest point, as it’s right near Chinatown and the beautiful Old Port, which made exploring downtown very convenient. However, the service left much to be desired, with issues like unfriendliness at the front desk and miscommunication about car services. The room was spacious but had its downsides, like a locked thermostat and consistently dusty furniture.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Hotel Zero 1. While the location near Chinatown and Old Montreal was fantastic, the cleanliness of the hotel and customer service left much to be desired. The room I stayed in was small but well-furnished, yet housekeeping was inconsistent, and the breakfast options were quite disappointing.
My stay at Hotel Zero 1 had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, being close to St. Catherine's Street and Chinatown, but the room was somewhat cramped and didn't match the online photos. Service was generally good, but I did encounter issues with cleanliness and the breakfast options were disappointing. Overall, it was a decent experience but could use improvements in several areas. 🌆
My stay at Hotel Zero 1 Montreal was mostly enjoyable, with a fantastic location near Chinatown and many attractions. I loved the modern, chic design of my room, which had great amenities like a fridge and espresso machine. However, I did experience some noise issues, especially from the elevator, and the bathroom was a bit cramped. Overall, I'd consider returning for another visit. 😊
Hotel Zero 1 Montreal offered me a comfortable stay with its spacious rooms and friendly service, although the dining experience left much to be desired. The location was perfect for exploring the city, especially being close to Chinatown and various attractions. Unfortunately, some aspects of the room, including its dark lighting and inadequate breakfast options, detracted from the overall enjoyment of my visit.
